Terms & Conditions

- Any deposits required for a consultation, hair extension fitting or refit/ maintenance appointment, are non refundable and Non-transferable. If appointment where deposit taken is cancelled or rescheduled, client will be asked to pay another deposit. Each deposit taken holds that individual appointment.

-A £20 deposit is required to book a consultation. 

-Any appointment offered will be held for up to 24 hours, it may then be offered to another client.

- If 72 hours notice isn't given to cancel/ reschedule any appointment, client may be charged a fee upon booking next appointment.

- Lavish Locks Hair Extensions has the right to refuse service to anyone with a legitimate reason to do so

- Once any hair extensions are fitted, they are non-refundable including any fitting of hair extensions, It is client's full responsibility to maintain Hair Extensions by following correct aftercare. This includes not leaving hair extensions in for longer than 8-10 weeks without a refit/ maintenance appointment or removal of hair extensions. During Covid-19 pandemic, it is the clients responsibility to remove their hair extensions at a maximum of 10 weeks. If hair extensions are left in longer than the maximum timeframe, lavish locks hair extensions is not liable for any damage caused by hair extensions. 

- Client is responsible to maintain/ upkeep hair extensions as advised by technician with refit/ maintenance appointments and correct aftercare. If aftercare advise from Lavish Locks Hair Extensions is not followed correctly and any damage to clients natural hair or hair extensions occurs, Lavish Locks Hair Extensions will not be held liable. (All aftercare advise is shown on website) 

-Lavish Locks Hair Extensions are not responsible for clients upkeep and notification of any appointments. It is the responsibility of the client to do so.

- All appointments must be paid for prior to or on the day of appointment via either cash, credit/ debit card or bank transfer (during or at end of appointment).

- Hair longevity/ Life Span is recommended by supplier and is a rough guide; however, it is up to clients to maintain extensions to last the full lifespan by following recommended aftercare.

- Any hair colour treatment provided may require maintenance by client (Ie. toner, root touch up) It is the responsibility of the client to book appointments to keep up maintenance, not the hair stylist.

- It is the responsibility of the client to read through any aftercare advice, recommendations on products on the 'Lavish Locks Hair Extensions' website.

-If client supplies own hair extensions, client is liable for Hair Extensions

-If client has hair extensions cut/ coloured by anyone other than Lavish Locks Hair Extensions, client is liable for any damage that may occur to the hair extensions

-If client does not attend an appointment or does not provide reasonable notice to cancel before appointment, Lavish Locks Hair Extensions has right to refuse future appointments

-All appointments are first come, first serve. Any appointment offered is still available to other clients until either deposit has been received or appointment is confirmed by stylist.

-If client cancels/ reschedules without appropriate notice given, client may be asked to pay deposit for all future appointments or a cancellation fee for missed appointment

-All hair extensions used are real human hair that have been chemically processed and coloured; therefore, colour may change/ lighten or fade throughout wear. It is the responsibility of the client to maintain hair extensions.
